Who is this visa for?

This is a visa for employer sponsored foreign workers in certain occupations. 

It is targeted towards established businesses in Australia or established businesses operating outside of Australia.

What is required?

COMPANY:

• A genuine full time position

• Which is on the relevant occupation list

• The salary offered is in line with market rates

• Subject to Labour Market Testing (LMT)

VISA APPLICANT:

• Relevant qualifications

• A minimum 2-5 years experience in position 

• Mandatory registration, licensing or professional membership requirements

• Character, English and Health requirements

The fees depend on the stream and the composition of the family (where applicable).
